Refund policy

Bikes:

Due to the nature of these bikes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Jerseys:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for refund or exchange. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Trek Travel is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

Please fill out our Return & Exchange Form and include it with your return.

Bike Rental:

More than 48 hours	0%	100% - Change your date
Less than 48 hours	100%	No Change
